We provide one-on-one technical support, available over the phone or online, in 30-minute increments. Our service is designed to assist you with all your installation and upgrade challenges.
Cancellation Policy
Technical Support Service Policy Cancellation or Rescheduling: To cancel or reschedule a support session, please provide at least 24 hours' notice prior to the scheduled appointment time. Validity of Support Sessions: Support sessions must be used within 6 months from the date of purchase. Preparation: To ensure the session runs efficiently and productively, please have all questions and relevant materials ready prior to the call. Extended Support: If your support session exceeds the allotted time, you may purchase additional sessions to continue. There is no limit to the number of sessions you can purchase.
