SHIPPING & RETURNS
Shipping Policy
Most orders ship within 2 business days from the date of purchase. Excluding holidays and weekends.
Certain products (such as made-to-order and customized items) may take longer to ship out and you should refer the product page of those items for lead times.

Once shipped, most packages should arrive within 1-5 days.

Occasionally, we may ship a product from one of our trusted suppliers.
​
If a product/package has an extended delivery time it will be noted on the product page.
In the unforeseen event that an order may take longer to arrive than expected (back-ordered, delayed, etc.) we will contact you to let you know.

Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, OWC offers 30-day returns on most items, unless otherwise noted on the product page. If you'd like to make a return, simply contact us and we'll be happy to assist you.

All returns must be in like-new condition with the original packaging and well packaged to avoid shipping damage.
Most returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Made-to-order items are subject up to a 25% return fee; refer to the specific product page for details.

Defective items may be exchanged for a FREE replacement, unless out of stock. If so, a full or partial refund will be given as necessary.
Physical damage from Shipping should be reported to us immediately (within 3 days) after delivery.
